With a passion for fostering talent and driving growth, Arshad now serves as the head of the advisory board in Skills In, a prominent organization focused on skill development and vocational training. In this role, he leverages his expertise and network to provide strategic guidance and insights to help the organization achieve its mission of bridging the skills gap and empowering individuals with the necessary tools to succeed in the job market.
